• We will provide a full report beginning with your visibility, signage, landscaping, building appearance and impression. Ease of use, parking, and any other notable potential discomforts.
• We evaluate the cleanliness of the restaurant from the outside to the salt & pepper holders.
• Upon entering we will note guest service and greetings. Initial impression, host or server’s names, wait time, guest view of wait etc. and care provided.
• After seating we will report the cleanliness of the all guest contact areas, servers smile to attentiveness. Weather any suggestive selling, or other company required steps.
• We will report on the plate presentation, taste, temperature, and portion, as well as the price value perceived. A complete evaluation of all foods and beverages.
• We will report on the promptness of the check to the farewell as we exit.
Our recommendations will encompass all the above including: room temperature, bathroom care, appearance of employee staff & perception.
(Platinum Level Package) $1995.00 Plus expenses.
Our sterling platinum service package includes our above listed (gold level package) in addition a complete on site health inspection-preparation inspection as well as an OSHA compliance evaluation, along with recommendations for compliance for both government departments.
